Coronation Street's Carl Webster star shares look inside Michael Le Vell's wedding

Coronation Street star Jonathan Howard has shared a string of snaps from inside Michael Le Vell's recent wedding. The actor, who joined the ITV soap last year in the role of Carl Webster, was among the famous faces in attendance as Kevin Webster legend Michael tied the knot to long-term partner Louise Gibbons over the weekend. On Saturday (May 30), Michael, who hails from Newton Heath, was seen getting married to his now-wife, with whom he has been in a relationship since 2014, at Sale Registry Office in Trafford , with a number of his Corrie castmates in attendance for the sun-soaked nuptials. Click here to sign up for more Coronation Street updates in our newsletter As well as Jonathan, who was brought into Corrie as Kevin's half-brother, before it was revealed that he's his nephew, Sally Dynevor, who plays his on-screen ex-wife Sally Metcalfe and Alan Halsall, who plays his best pal Tyrone Dobbs, were among the delighted guests.
Joe Duttine, who plays Sally's on-screen husband Tim Metcalfe, and his co-star wife Sally Carman, whom he wed in July 2022, were also there to help celebrate the newlyweds, alongside Michael's on-screen younger sister Debbie Webster, played by actress Sue Devaney, as well as Simon Gregson, Tony Maudsley and Peter Gunn, who Corrie fans will know for playing Weatherfield's Steve McDonald, George Shuttleworth and Brian Packham. After Alan took to Instagram with his own snaps from the special day , Jonathan has now shared a string of photos he captured, including selfies of himself and the groom, which featured him planting a kiss on his cheek. He also posed for selfies with his on-screen mum, Sue, as well as the bride, and told his followers: "Happy wedding to Uncle Kev aka Big Bro Kev aka My Mate Mike and his beautiful bride Louise." He added: "What a fabulous day, so much love and laughter with the newlyweds and their family and friends and always fun to hang out with my #corrie family," before he joked: "See we all love each other really!" Sally was quick to respond to the post, with the Abi Webster star commenting: "Love you bud," before adding a string of love heart eyes emojis. Debbie star Sue also gushed: "I had the best time with the best people!
Congratulations our Mike and Lou and well done our Johnny for partying till the end! You rock! xxx love you xxxx." While not featured in the photos, Amy Robbins, who plays Corrie's Christina Boyd, also revealed she was a guest at Michael and Louise's wedding as she replied to Jonathan's post: "What a day it was! So much love and thanks to the happy couple!" The soap's newcomer Junade Khan, who recently made his debut as Idris Nazir also added: "[heart emojis] beautiful pics, hope you all had a wonderful day."
