Soccer Aid 2026 is set to kick off in just a few days as football legends and celebrities will come together for a football match to raise money for charity. The annual charity match supports global children's charity Unicef, set up by co-founders Pop star Robbie Williams and television presenter Jonathan Wilkes. It has been running since 2006, with 2026 marking two decades of Soccer Aid. This is the 20th anniversary of the match, and Soccer Aid is hoping to break the £121m donations record.
Among the many stars taking to the pitch is radio presenter Jordan North, who admitted that he’s excited to play alongside England's top goal scorer, Wayne Rooney and claimed that the celebs need to watch out for former football player Jill Scott as she “takes no prisoners”. Meanwhile, former Love Island star Chloe Burrows appears to be a dark horse as she has a background in football not many people know about. The radio presenter revealed that she used to be a semi-professional player when she was 15-years-old. Reigning King of the Jungle, Angry Ginge said taking part in the Soccer Aid for UNICEF match is a “dream come true” and it “means a lot” to him to be chosen.
