Where to watch Stanley Cup Final Game 2 with Detroit DirecTV blackout

The Stanley Cup Final is already underway. But if you're trying to watch it in Detroit with a DirecTV subscription, you'll have to look elsewhere. A dispute between Scripps and DirecTV has led to a blackout of two stations in Detroit: WXYZ-TV (channel 7) and WMYD-TV (channel 20). That means that ABC is currently blacked out for Detroit-area DirecTV customers, making Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Final unavailable through DirectTV's services.

It is not clear how long this dispute will last. That doesn't mean DirecTV customers have to ditch their plan to watch the game, however. Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Final between the Carolina Hurricanes and Vegas Golden Knights will air on ABC on Thursday, June 4, at 8 p.m. ET.

DirecTV satellite customers get free access to ESPN Unlimited through their subscription, while DirecTV streaming customers can get free access to ESPN Unlimited through two different packages.
